Overview
Dolly is a one-of-a-kind mixed media artwork inspired by rhythm, repetition, and the joy of a song that won’t let go.
Born from a melody stuck on repeat, the piece translates sound into colour — energetic, layered, and instinctive.
The Story
Dolly began with a song looping endlessly — Islands in the Stream, the timeless duet by Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers. Instead of fighting it, I let it spill out in paint.
Red dominates the surface — passion, rhythm, harmony layered over chaos. Beneath it, fragments of yellow and black flicker like stage lights through curtains.
The drips and splashes feel like music turned visual — each mark carrying the beat of a chorus that never quite ends.
For me, Dolly is about joy found in repetition. A reminder that inspiration doesn’t always arrive in silence or stillness — sometimes it comes from the song you can’t stop humming.
If this piece speaks to you, it’s available.

Birds & Vision Moments
See the words. See the birds.
A collection where language takes flight — words sculpted from clay, glazed with intention, then layered with oil paint until each letter breathes. Ceramics give weight, texture, and form; oil brings depth, color, and the luminous pulse of life. Together they become visual poems: phrases that hover between thought and flight, sentences that perch on the edge of seeing and becoming.
Key sensations:
Tactile letters — edges softened by the kiln, surfaces reflecting the hand that made them.
Painterly wings — oil strokes that suggest motion, light, and the fleeting clarity of vision.
Intimate scale — pieces that invite a close look, a held breath, a private reading aloud.
Bold presence — language enlarged into physical space, impossible to ignore.
Perfect for:
Commissions that translate a phrase, memory, or mantra into a tangible talisman.
Installations where words interact with light, shadow, and the movement of viewers.
Collectors who want a union of calligraphic precision and painterly freedom.
Own a moment where seeing is both literal and reverent: letters as birds, words as flight, art that makes your vision itself an object to behold.

Overview
Omelette is a piece built on contradiction — soft and hard, fragile and unbreakable.
The Story
Made with cork, chains, glue, and layered paint, this work comes together like a recipe that shouldn’t work — yet somehow does.
The surface feels simple at first, but the materials tell a different story. The yellows and whites echo eggs and light — nourishment, warmth, renewal. Around the edges, chains introduce tension, hinting at the ways love and life can feel bound, held, or restrained.
At its centre, though, this piece is about love in its truest form:
messy, imperfect, and real.
Meaning
Like its name, Omelette appears straightforward on the surface. Beneath that simplicity is a quiet journey — a reminder that the most unexpected combinations often create the most honest outcomes.

Puzzled Lips is the first piece in my lip collection — and it carries all the weight of starting something new. Built on layers of recycled material, including an old sweatshirt of mine, it holds memory at its core.
On the surface, ceramic lips emerge, surrounded by textured red and gold, then bound by chains and screws. The lips are full, but silenced. Expressive, yet trapped. They represent the struggle between wanting to speak and being held back — a puzzle of voice and power.
This piece is about conflict and resilience. About beauty that doesn’t come easy. About how even when chained, the lips still exist boldly, defiantly, refusing to disappear.
